School Closure and Education Provision
The school will make every effort to ensure it is open for every published school day, however, there may be some instances where it is is necesary to close.
The school will notify parents/carers of any closure as soon as possible by email, text and on social media, on the morning of the closure.
It is the school's policy that no bespoke work will be set on the first day of any closure. This is to allow staff to deal with the situation that has occured.
Following an assessment of the situation that has forced the closure, parents/ carers will be notified of the plan for educational provision going forward, and/or when the school will re-open.
In the event that school is closed and you wish for your child to complete some work, there are some general tasks below. This work is designed to be able to be completed with minimal resources. Should a school closure continue for more than 1 or 2 days, bespoke work will be set.
